Pleasantly fruity aftertaste with light spicy notes
The aroma is broad and complex, with vinous tones and well-defined notes of cherry and cocoa powder. Fine taste and good structure.. Full-bodied wine to be enjoyed with tasty first courses, baked pasta, the traditional pastizada de caval (horse stew), boiled meats and with cheeses of good seasoning.
